Peach Cobbler Smoothie

Peach cobbler smoothie 

  • 1 Banana 

  • 2 Cups Frozen Peaches 

  • 1/2 Carrot (optional)

  • 1 Tsp Vanilla 

  • Small Piece of Ginger or 1/8 Ground Ginger 

  • 1/8-1/4 Tsp Cinnamon 

  • 1/8 Tsp Nutmeg

  • 2 Tbsp Hemp seeds 

  • Pinch of salt 

  • 2 Tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey 

  • 1-1 1/2 Cups Almond Milk 

Directions

1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender. Enjoy
