1 Banana
2 Cups Frozen Peaches
1/2 Carrot (optional)
1 Tsp Vanilla
Small Piece of Ginger or 1/8 Ground Ginger
1/8-1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
1/8 Tsp Nutmeg
2 Tbsp Hemp seeds
Pinch of salt
2 Tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey
1-1 1/2 Cups Almond Milk
Directions
1. Blend all ingredients in a high speed blender. Enjoy
